The operation procedures:

Technical parameter:
When the bottle feeding optoelectronic switch in the end of machine detect bottles, the conveyer chain in the washing machine will run and drive the bottles to the first washing position, and bottle conveying unit stop and start rinsing process. It is with 4 rows and 12 washing positions for bottle inside rinsing, the maximum washing time is 20 seconds.
The washing pumps are selected with the high standard CNP high-pressure pumps, all the washing tanks are round type.
