The 500ML pure water production line is an automated system designed for small bottled (500ml) purified water production, covering water treatment, filling, capping, labeling, and packaging. With an hourly output of 2,000-3,000 bottles, it is suitable for small-to-medium water plants or beverage manufacturers.
Operational Process
1. Water Treatment System
Pre-treatment: Raw water undergoes quartz sand filtration, activated carbon adsorption, and precision filtration to remove suspended solids, odors, and impurities.
Reverse Osmosis (RO): High-pressure pumps push water through RO membranes, eliminating over 99% of dissolved salts and microorganisms to ensure purity (conductivity ≤10μS/cm).
Ozone Sterilization: Final disinfection via ozone mixing tower ensures aseptic filling.
2. Filling & Capping
Bottle Rinsing: Bottles enter a 3-in-1 filling machine, where they are cleaned with high-pressure sterile water to remove dust and microbes.
Precision Filling: Uses gravity filling valves for accurate 500ML measurement (tolerance ≤±1%).
Automatic Capping: Immediate sealing post-filling prevents contamination.
3. Labeling & Packaging
Labeling Machine: Automatically applies labels, compatible with various bottle shapes (round, square).
Inkjet Printer: Marks production dates and batch numbers.
Packaging Machine: Automates carton packing or shrink-wrapping for storage and transport.

Pre-Startup Check: Ensure stable water, power, and air supply; verify equipment lubrication.
Runtime Monitoring: Track filling accuracy and cap tightness; conduct periodic water quality tests.
Shutdown Maintenance: Clean pipelines to prevent bacterial growth; replace RO membranes and filters regularly.
