A fully automatic transparent plastic bottle blowing machine is an automated equipment used for producing transparent plastic containers. It employs a blow molding process to transform plastic parisons into hollow products. Salient Equipment Features:
Modular workstations with a clear, intuitive layout: The main functional modules (oven, blow molding station, cooling zone, etc.) are arranged linearly. The internal structure of the equipment is relatively easy to observe, making the spatial logic and workflow immediately understandable.
Linear step-by-step conveyance of preforms: Starting from the feeding end, preforms are reliably transferred via a linear conveyor or gripper mechanism. They are steadily fed sequentially into the preheating channel. After heating, they are stepped forward to multiple parallel blow molding stations. Once formed at each station, the bottles are similarly conveyed step-by-step along the line to subsequent cooling and unloading areas.
Multiple parallel blow molding stations: To balance the longer heating time with the shorter molding time and meet high output demands, the equipment typically features several identical blow molding stations (e.g., 4 to 16 stations, depending on the model). These stations are lined up along the production line and operate independently. After preforms are sufficiently heated, a synchronized transfer system can simultaneously distribute multiple preforms to available blow molding stations. Multiple blow molds (one set per station) can operate concurrently, significantly increasing the number of bottles produced per unit of time.
Relatively compact oven structure: The preform heating oven is designed as a tunnel of moderate length. Preforms pass through it in a straight line to complete the preheating process.
