The operation procedures:

Technical parameter:
When the bottle feeding optoelectronic switch in the end of machine detect bottles, the conveyer chain in the washing machine will run and drive the bottles to the first washing position, and bottle conveying unit stop and start rinsing process. It is with 4 rows and 12 washing positions for bottle inside rinsing, the maximum washing time is 20 seconds.
The washing pumps are selected with the high standard CNP high-pressure pumps, all the washing tanks are round type.Washing process:

NO.1 Washing position

NO.2 to NO.3 Washing positions
Hot alkaline water washing (hot alkaline water can completely clean up dirt in the bottle): The upper part of the working station is equipped with an air outlet to discharge the fog. The water tank is equipped with liquid level and temperature control device, and the temperature is controlled automatically.
NO.4 Washing position
Recycled water washing: Rinsing the residual alkali water in the bottle, cooling down the temperature of bottle quickly, and eliminate the neutralization effect of alkali water on the disinfectant.
NO.5 Washing position
Drip off: completely drain the alkaline water to avoid acid-base neutralization.
NO.6 to NO.9 Washing positions
Disinfectant washing: Circularly washing bottle with the disinfectant to kill the microorganism and bacteria.
NO.10 Washing position
The residual disinfectant is intensively collected, can effectively reduce the production cost, Continue to kill the microorganisms (bacteria) that may be revived or not killed, and even completely eliminate them.
NO.11 Washing position
Washing the inside bottle with the purified water completely.

Drip off.
