The 5Liters filling machine integrates three functions: bottle washing, filling and capping It is widely used in filling mineral water, pure water and gas-free liquids. The 3-in-1 filling machine has the following characteristics:
1. Using PLC as the control center, touch screen operation, key electrical components using with international renowned brands.
2. The manipulator clamps bottle, overturning 180 degree for washing, can effectively avoid bottle damage and secondary pollution.
3. Filing valves are made of stainless steel 304 or stainless steel 316, which is safe and a hygienic.
4. The capping head is used with the magnetic torsion device to ensure the capping quality.
