This production line is designed for 3-5 gallon bottled drinking water production, there are many models, such as 100B/H, 150B/H, 300B/H, 450B/H, 600B/H,900B/H,1200B/H,1500BH,The series of bottle processing system is consists of washing bottles, filling and capping.
Bottle rinsing：rinsing the bottles with low pressure water from water treatment system.
Water filling : filling the bottles with low pressure product water from water treatment system.
Bottle capping: capping the bottles automatically as the filed bottles are conveyed out.
Electrical Control System
It is made up of PLC, relay, intermediate relay, sensor and other components. Each action time of the whole line can be setting dependently on the man-machine interface.
